We manufacture and Supply the Graphics Industry with Perforation Systems and Perforating Wheels for Heidelberg machines ie: SM 52, Printmaster 52, GTO 46, GTO 52. HERBEN Magnacams and other Press Parts are not required with our systems. Grafix Systems does not interfere with the positioning of the numbering boxes or cams as shown in the photo.
Basic Kit includes 1 x Carrier Bar, 1 x Set Bracket, 2 x Perforation Heads as shown in photo fitted with 7 TPI Perforation Wheels.

About the Grafix System
This system fits where the smoother bar normally fits the side brackets are replaced by modified ones. Your smoother bar can still be used if deemed necessary.
As this unit is positioned close to the impression cylinders, the back edge of the sheet is still being held by those cylinders and therefore cannot move.
This prevents the perforation “running off’ therefore retaining perfectly straight perforations at all times
